Do we have to play on Thursdays?
No. League night is optional. Use the separate “Holiday Cup” booking option to reserve another available time within the weekly play window. You and your teammate still play your scramble together. To join Thursday league night, reserve through the SMS sent each Monday.
How do Thursday foursomes work?
Two two-person scramble teams can share a bay during one 90-minute session. Each pair remains its own team and posts its own score. Thursday slots are reserved through the SMS sent out each Monday, rather than the online booking option.
What does the member entry include?
The $50 ticket covers one two-person team’s league entry. Only one teammate needs to be an active member. Members will get access to the Holiday Cup booking option.
What happens after we register?
Your purchasing player becomes team captain and handles reservations. After signup, you’ll see a separate “Holiday Cup” booking option for weekly sessions outside league night. Reserve Thursday league-night slots through the SMS sent each Monday. Both teammates also join the private league in the Trackman Golf app using the invitation link provided.
How do playoffs and prizes work?
The season includes six regular-season rounds, followed by two weeks of flighted playoffs. Each player on the winning team receives one free month of membership, and the team takes home the inaugural Holiday Cup trophy. Final scoring, flight assignments, and tiebreakers will be shared before play begins.
Do unused public sessions carry over?
No. The eight 90-minute reservations are for Holiday Cup play and expire at the end of the event. Unused reservations have no cash value and do not roll over. Bookings are subject to bay availability.
